Brooke Hageness had a pair of singles and Dedrick added a double for the Loggers, who managed just four hits against Blue Devils two-time all-state hurler Kasie Conder (14-2). Hageness threw a complete game and surrendered six hits in posting the win. Amber Bradshaw went 2-for-3 with an RBI for Corvallis. Libby and Corvallis each won their tournament finale. Hamilton catcher Sarah Callaghan went 2-for-3 with a home run to pace the Broncs' eight-hit attack. Samantha Wood added a pair of singles for Hamilton. Nicki Koning allowed six hits and went the distance to get the win on the mound for the Broncs. Bryan Burke singled twice for the Rams, the only Central hitter to touch Koning for more than one hit. The Broncs took a 7-3 lead when they scored three times in the bottom of the fourth on a Noelle Lebsock two-run double and an RBI single by Kristy Kees. Lebsock finished 2-for-3 and Frenchtown leadoff hitter Alex Duncan added three singles. Kali Bennett drove in a pair for the Broncs. Russ fanned six and walked one. She has walked just one hitter in the last 14 innings and improved to 14-3. Bridgett Yarnall doubled twice and finished 2-for-3. Her bases-loaded double drove in three in the Broncs' seven-run first. Noelle Lebsock had an RBI single and Jennifer Chapman had a run-scoring double in the opening frame as Frenchtown moved to 16-3. Jill Gue went 2-for-3 with an RBI for the Panthers, who lost their first game of the season Friday to Corvallis. Kelli O'Leary hit her fifth homer of the season for the Maroons. Brianne Krzan's lone hit of the day was a double for Butte Central. In her first two appearances at the plate, Gurley sent balls flying over the center-field fence at Copper Mountain Park, smacking a two-run shot in the first inning and a solo blast to lead off the third. Her offensive outburst - which came on the heels of a pair of homers against Livingston on Friday - helped stake Corvallis to a 5-0 lead. Gurley finished 2-for-4 with three RBIs while teammate Brianna Brawley also homered, a three-run shot in the top of the fifth. Kasie Conder struck out seven in four innings of work.
