At Anaconda, Kellie Lorengo drove in four runs as the Copperheads belted 13 hits and topped Ronan in a Central A game. Lorengo finished 2-for-2 with a double. Battery mates Lisa Laslovich and Kirstin King also hit doubles and recorded RBIs for Anaconda, while King struck out five Maidens and walked eight. Ronan pitcher Kaylee Larson did nice work of her own at the plate, finishing 2-for-3 with an RBI. Carli Starkel, who relieved Larson on the mound in the sixth, was credited with two RBIs on offense.
