VOLLEYBALL ROUNDUP: Klundt leads Bulldogs as they sweep C. Falls

WHITEFISH - Kate Klundt had 21 digs and four blocks to help Whitefish to a 3-0 Northwestern A volleyball win over Flathead Valley rival Columbia Falls on Friday night.
The Bulldogs won 25-18, 25-16, 28-26 to improve to 3-2 both overall and in league. Columbia Falls fell to 1-4.
McCara Cullen added nine kills for Whitefish while Jessica Slaybaugh chipped in 19 assists. The Bulldogs used a strong service game, getting 15 aces. Adele FauntLeroy and Molly Filipek served five apiece.
Brooke Cady led Columbia Falls with nine kills and three aces.
Whitefish def. Columbia Falls 25-18, 25-16, 28-26.
Kills - Columbia Falls 23 (Brooke Cady 9), Whitefish 30 (McCara Cullen 9). Blocks - Columbia Falls 3, Whitefish 7 (Kate Klundt 4).
