Polson Invitational

At Polson, the Whitefish golf teams swept the honors at the Polson Bay Golf Course.

The boys, who were paced by Reed Platke's low round of 71, won the team championship with a combined score of 303. The Kalispell Glacier JV was second at 318, followed by Hamilton (320), Polson (335) and Columbia Falls (338).

Platke earned his title by one stroke over Libby's Zach Watson. Whitefish teammates Joel Mallams at 73 and Zach Massen at 74 followed.

The Whitefish girls shot a round of 351. Polson was second with a 393 and Ronan took third at 467.

Kiley McConnell from Whitefish and Amy Williamson of Polson shared the top of the individual leaderboard after each shot a round of 84. Klaire Taylor of Whitefish was third with an 87 and Whitefish's Danielle McCully and Natalia Arlint from Polson tied for fourth at 88.
